The first conference on Advances in Microfluidics and Nanofluidics (AMN) was held in Hong Kong on January 5-7, 2009 and the first Asian-Pacific International Symposium on Lab on Chip (APLOC) was held in Shanghai on October 29-31, 2009.

AMN - APLOC 2011 is the joint conference on Advances in Microfluidics and Nanofluidics and Asian-Pacific International Symposium on Lab on Chip. AMN - APLOC 2011 attendees are from diverse fields in engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, life science as well as microtechnology and biotechnology.  AMN - APLOC 2011 will provide a highly interactive forum to bring together researchers of different disciplines, from academic & research institutions, industry and public organizations with the aim of collecting, exchanging and promoting the knowledge and new advances on microfluidics & nanofluidics and Lab-on Chip sciences, technologies and applications. The invited speakers are leading microfluidics & nanofluidics and Lab-on-Chip world-known researchers in Physics, Chemistry and the various engineering disciplines.
